They were currently sharing coffee at the speckled formica table in Mina's Winnebago that was her home away from home, one that was currently lodged at an off-season, but still operational RV park for the time being, giving herself some time to breathe between finishing a job and making the trek home.
"I could swear we did, after that mess outside Babylon, Texas last year or the year before." She shook her head, squinting ceilingward and rolling her mug back and forth between her hands, "No, actually, you're right, I'm pretty sure I conked out after that one, thought about it since we were well into the weird hobbies conversation, but didn't, I guess, for reasons unknown."
She flicked one hand then as if to brush that line of conversation aside, because what hadn't happened didn't much matter, "But yeah, I'd considered it," She continued, scratching that hand through her hair before returning to her mug, "But only far enough to realize that someone like me trying something like that solo would be a bad idea. Just kind of shelved it after that."
